Legal proceedings before domestic ordinary and (international) arbitration courts for claimants as well as defendants (Swiss Chambers Arbitration Institution / ICC England / Scottish Arbitration Centre) in German and English language:
- in „post M&A disputes“ between the parties of (international) corporate transactions regarding the release of escrow accounts and amounts, violation of guarantees and indemnity claims as well as issues of enterprise value determination.
- in domestic and international projects regarding the engineering and construction of industrial plants, especially with regard to (turnkey) engineering, procurement and construction contracts (EPC) and connected delivery, works and service contracts.
- in connection with the challenge of shareholder resolutions of shareholders‘ assemblies of partnerships (GbR, OHG, KG, GmbH & Co.
